Immunity Challenge: 5/22

Grammy: Tonight's Immunity Challenge was designed by Stam and Puuuuurrrr. So Puuuuurrrr will be incharge of this one. Take it away Puuuuurrrr.

Puuuuurrrr:  This is the second Immunity Challenge your team will face. You *MUST* work together for this in order to win.
One of the most important survival skills is foraging for and preparing
food. In the wild, food is often hard to find or needs preparation, and
without it a potential survivor won't get very far.
As you are still a group, making a meal in the wild will not be as difficult
as it would be alone. Some of the team can forage for food, others can look
for firewood or some other fuel, cooking can be delegated to another, and so
on. The only difference is that a larger quantity of food must be made.

The Challenge is as follows:
Each team must make a meal large enough for all their members. *BUT* they
must delegate all the tasks of preparation!
One member must gather the food. Another must find fuel for cooking. A third
must cook, and submit the recipe they used to do so. Anything else required
(a fishing rod to catch fish, cutting board, pots, pans and the like) must
also be submitted by separate members. No *one* team member can do more than
one task in the preparation.
Members should submit the items separately to the booklovers_wlecomer account, using Trades.  Send a neomail with the lot number to that account.  The cook must send the recipe with perparation directions to the welcomers account.
Remember to keep things separate, so we can be sure preparation was
delegated!

Points will be given out for originality of recipe, items used in
preparation, "raw" or naturally-found ingredients and so on. The team with
the highest score will win the Immunity Challenge, and be safe from voting
one of their members off the island.

Remember: The meal must be large enough for *ALL* the team members!

Team Jhuidah's Recipe

The poor Jhuidah team, three members have come down with  Lava Ghoul Revenge, unable to keep anything down or from running straight through them.  So capricorn_dreams & rryguy11487 are left to prepare the meal by themselves.

Our Menu:

Main course: Cocoa Fried Pfish

Dessert:  Tropical Fruit Salad

Cocoa Fried Pfish- Capricorn_dreams
First, in order to catch our main dish, I have taken a cherry wish stick, some yarn (My luxury item, I love to knit), and a woo woo grub that I found crawling on the beach.  I tied one end of the yarn to the stick and the other to the grub. After waiting for about 30 minutes, to my surprise, I caught a Pfish! How scrumptious this meal will be.  Then using the mighty jubjub sword that rryguy11487 brought along, I removed all of the scales and the head of the Pfish.  Using Zodiac_Guardians fire ability and the cherry wish stick, I built a fire and boiled the Pfish in the stone pot that we found.  After a few minutes of simmering I added the organic mushroom and corn balls into the pot to allow the Pfish to marinate.  Then I removed the pot and squeezed the juice from the super juicy berry onto the Pfish and diced up the cocoa juppie to add to the stew.  For the final step I stirred the stew so the flavor would be locked in an added the munion to include a kick of zest to the meal. This meal is large enough to feed all five of our team members and is a very healthy dish.

Tropical Fruit Salad- Rryguy11487
We all know that on a deserted island, you dont get many nutrients.  Thats why I have come up with a very delicious, and original fruit salad.  First I took the left over yarn and the bones that were left from the fish and created a fish bone bruce sword.  Then I searched the whole island for the best tasting fruits and found a gruish melon, a lemwart, a twirly fruit, a blobbule, a banan, a koyle, and a funnydew melon.  After I have rinsed out the stone pot I cut up the lemwart and the gruish melon and placed them in the bowl.  Then I cut a slice of the funnydew melon and drained the juice into the pot and stirred the fruits together.  Snowball then bit off the end of the twirly fruit and squeezed the juice into the mixture and then diced the rest of the fruit up.  Now comes the fun part: we took the koyle and squashed it to create a mild dipping sauce that will be used to compliment the tangy flavor of the banan, which I cut into fifths for all of us to eat with the salad.
Almost there.  Next, I took the blobbule and punctured a small slit into the side and allowed the juice to flow into the pot with the rest of the fruits.  Then I carved out the blobbule and made it into a small bowl so that I could place the koyle dip in it.  For the very last step I took five palm fans, our homemade plates, and served the salad onto them for the team to enjoy, along with the banan slices and koyle sauce.  This salad is healthy enough to bring even the most tired and weary person back to life. I hope you enjoy it!

My name is ShilohTao the fire Nimmo. I am 4676 hours old and wolfiesask tries to make me grow big and strong. We're currently playing Booklovers_survivor and here is an accout of our second Immunity Challange. Well, off we go to forage for supper. Ciaracat, wowlong and npbates headed off in search of a way to get meat. Digitall565 started foraging for fruits and berries. jessie148126 was determined to find a way to keep clean, as she'd been complaining since we got here. Wolfiesask went off in search of the remaining items to complete the meal. The quiet was shattered by a blood curdling scream - "DUNG! Gag! DUNG!" Poor npbates had tripped and fallen into a HUGE pile of dung. While Jessie helped her up and they went off to get her cleaned up, ciaracat and wowlong followed the dung trail and found the source - a Brontosaurus! Ciaracat reached into her survival bag and pulled out a Ball of Yarn. She motioned to wowlong to take one end and quietly creep around the animals legs. Once they had ensnared the Bronto, ciaraact used her Slingshot to fire at the Bronto's bum. The startled beast tired to run away but with it's feet tangled in the yarn it toppled and fell. The poor beast was crushed under it's own weight. Wowlong borrowed a sword from ciaracat and began butchering. Meanwhile, back at camp, npbates decided that there was enough dung to make a fireplace! She got busy and started her masterpiece, using straw to strengthen it, she even found some volcanic rocks to use as coals. Wolfiesask found some familiar looking plants and started digging...Potatoes! Onions! Turnips!Awesome find! Looking around she saw something red hanging from a bush...Hot peppers! And in those weeds over there, that's Cabbage!! Right on...we're going to have a feast tonight. Digitall565 appeared back at camp to find npbates hard at work and jessie148126 busy washing her fingernails, as she'd made sure to bring hygiene items such as soap and towels...perfume and mouthwash!? She was kind enough to let npbates use them to get cleaned up and to get the dung flavour out of her mouth. As npbates finished her work on the fireplace, something caught the corner of her eye. Upon closer inspection it was a rock formation that looked remarkably like a table! Tipped over next to it was a discarded stone pot. She carefully dragged theitems back to the main area. Digitall565 returned, sweaty and tired with his arms overloaded with a variety of fruits and berries. Npbates quickly showed him the palm fans she'd prepared to keep the food off the ground. He dumped his load and went off to sit nit he shade. Npbates put her wishsticks into the base of the fireplace and wished for a way to make fire. Happy with her foraging, wolfiesask started back to camp. She was almost there when she heard a noise overhead...a plane...a rescue plane!!! She began jumping up and down and waving her arms, dropping her precious finds. She saw a dot in the sky that got closer and closer to the ground....BANG! When she regained consciousness she lookde around to see what it was...bag of groceries..a loaf of...Stale bread, chocolate bars and marshmallows?! Who eats like this?! Thank goodness it wasn't a can of neocola or my owner might not be here today! She quickly picked up her things and made her way back to camp. Butchering completed, wowlong picked up her handywork and she and ciaracat headed back to home base as well. Once we were all back, we looked at our achievements. Now we needed to figure out what to make. Wolfiesask came up with a wonderful menu. We'll have an appetizer of Turnip tartar....our main dish will be Brontoshishkebabs using the meat, onions, potatoes and peppers! I can whip up a dessert of FruityChocoMallow Firepies, using the stale bread as the crust, filling it with mixed fruit that we chop up, chocolate and marshmallows. When we wrap it in the cabbage leaves and cook it over the hot coals it will make the insides all yummy, gooey goodness. Everyone washed up and then got to work chopping vegetables, meat and fruit with the plastic butter knives from ciaracats bag. Ciaracat whittled some Braintree splinters into skewers and the kabobs were ready for the fire. Oh no...the FIRE! We dont have a fire! No problem, giggled ciaracat, and she used her Scorchie Slinshot to light the wishsticks...GOOD JOB!!!! Once the kabobs were onthe fire we nibbled on the Turnip Tartar as we prepared the Firepies. We each toook a cabbage leaf, placed a piece of stale bread in it...scooped in some fruit filling along with a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow...folded it up tight and put it in the pot to be placed on the fire once there were some nice coals. People thought the Turnip was nice as an appetizer and a toothbrush, cleaning our teeth as we chewed. The main dish was exquisite and the blackened peppers were easy to prepare as blackening them first makes it easier to remove the outer skin...as well as adding much needed spiciness to the meat. And the dessert......I never knew survival could be so YUMMY!!! We all needed to wash up afterwards, with berry juices all over our chins! What a great meal!!
